材料: 1/2 litter 熱水
1/2 litter 凍水
4 tbsp魚膠粉
1/2 杯水
2 cup 糖 (睇完兩杯糖
.原來外國人食得咁甜.我將份量減半.但都好甜.)

1 tb 香精 (要冇色) 今次我用波蘿味.
放涼後入模.

再放回雪櫃雪至凝固...(最好雪一晚才做花)
用咗呢個份量.整咗一個失敗嘅花盤
..檸檬芝士凍餅.出面啲朱古力條唔(痴)實啲忌廉芝士
.....要用花帶綁住
